### Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1. **Time Frame**: Perishable goods can be returned or exchanged within **14 days** of purchase.

2. **Condition**: Goods must be in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange. Same applies to  perishable goods that has been significantly consumed.

3. **Proof of Purchase**: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

### Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. **Defective Goods**: If the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

2. **Change of Mind**: Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

### Process for Returns and Exchanges

2. **Assessment**: Our team will assess the condition of the goods and determine eligibility for a return or exchange.

2. **Health and Safety**: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods that have been opened or used.
